James has been working in architecture for over a decade. He was previously an associate at one of Melbourne’s largest architecture firms where he was the architect of Realm Adelaide, Adelaide’s tallest tower.
James founded JDH.A to expand his idea of what the profession of architecture could offer society. It is a practice specializing in multiple scales of residential architecture, commercial feasibility and speculative research.
He is currently a teaching associate at Monash University and his relationship with academia heavily informs his work .
